Zemin ve Temel Etütleri Amacı

Zemin incelemesi, söz konusu zemindeki, tabakaların kalınlıklarının, tabakaların doğal birim hacim ağırlıklarının, su muhtevalarının, boşluk oranlarının, zemin sınıflarının, kayma mukavemeti parametrelerinin, ani oturma konsolidasyon parametrelerinin, yer altı suyu ile ilgili fiziksel ve kimyasal özelliklerinin belirlenmesine imkân sağlamaktadır.

Bu çalışma sonucu elde edilen bilgilere göre inceleme alanına inşa edilecek yapı için yapılacak zemin etüdü farklılık göstermektedir. Bu farklılıklara göre belirlenecek kriterler T.C. Çevre ve Şehircilik Bakanlığı tarafından zemin ve yapıya bağlı olarak,kapsam açısından değişiklik göstermekte ve 3 kategoride ele alınmaktadır.

Zemin etüdü, emniyet ve ekonomi sağlamak açısından önemlidir. Belirsizlikleri ortadan kaldırmak için zemin incelemeleri yapılmalıdır.
